HostMail Workspace Terms and Conditions Effective date: June 17, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of HostMail.online and HostMail Workspace, including custom domain email, cloud storage, chat, classroom tools, mailbox synchronization, billing, administration, and related services. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, registering an organization, accessing HostMail Workspace, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. 2. Accounts and Responsibilities Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their users, domains, billing status, workspace settings, and internal access policies. 3. Acceptable Use You may not use HostMail Workspace for spam, phishing, malware, illegal activity, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, abusive automation, service disruption, or any activity that harms HostMail.online, other users, or third parties. 4. Custom Domains and Mailboxes Organizations are responsible for owning or being authorized to use domains connected to HostMail Workspace. DNS records, mailbox credentials, hosting panel access, and synchronization settings must be accurate and lawfully provided. 5. Workspace Content Organizations and users retain responsibility for email content, files, chat messages, course content, assignments, calendar entries, invoices, and other data uploaded or generated in the workspace. You must have the rights needed to store and process that content. 6. Billing, Trials, and Storage HostMail Workspace may include free, trial, paid, storage-based, or invoice-based services. Access may be limited, suspended, or disabled if payment is not confirmed, a trial expires, storage limits are exceeded, or invoices remain unpaid. 7. Service Availability We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, outages, hosting issues, third-party provider failures, DNS problems, or security events may affect availability. 8. Security and Enforcement HostMail.online may suspend or restrict accounts, organizations, mailboxes, domains, or features when needed to protect the platform, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, comply with law, or prevent security risks. 9. Third-Party Services The platform may integrate with hosting panels, mail servers, DNS providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and other third parties. HostMail.online is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, HostMail.online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. 11. Termination You may stop using the service at any time. HostMail.online may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or continued use creates legal, operational, or security risk. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HostMail Workspace after changes means you accept the updated terms. 13.
